I'm enjoying this more than I should but the fact that we got a koombaya campfire of people stroking themselves literally over nothing is hilarious. You pretty much invaded Normandy...in 1995. The pedestal Pell sits on is certainly made of everyone's noses here. Its kinda sad how all the lowsec jokers keep saying "we didnt want it anyway" while their supposedly alliance-bros actually living in wspace are getting evicted for your hubris. I guess thats the difference between wormholers and lowsec moonbears. W-Space Realtor |

Btw SYJ had bunch of capitals logged off in the WH during the fight and chose not to use them, so you can hardly complain about that.

Btw SYJ had bunch of capitals logged off in the WH during the fight and chose not to use them, so you can hardly complain about that. Is that what you're being told? Even if that were true, a half serious subcap fleet can hardly support dreads. We watched them warp to deepsafes and log off during the first DT. I must disappoint you, im not a PR-machine.
As far as "why didnt we invade sooner?" question - answer is exceedingly simple. We had no reason to. The invasion was a very simple reaction to recent-ish events, all of which happened after US tz moved out of wspace. It had nothing to do with weakness or strength of whichever alliances. If we were just waiting for them to move out, we would have attacked in september and not waited half a year. Please dont blame us for not attacking at a time when there was no reason to do so. The actual numbers of players, value of assets and other stuff played no part in the decision, regardless of what some others might be telling you.
Also, for someone who was never part of wspace community, you are dispensing awful lot of judgment on how we do things. Please take your time to discover the reality of things before jumping to sweeping conclusions based on very short and narrow point of view provided by someone else. If you want to talk more, Im more than happy to - Id just like to avoid endless PR spinning and forum-warrioring.

Jerk each other off all you want, this was no more impressive than NATO invading some pissed off African country with a mouthy leader.
The real story here is that every group big enough to be afraid of now works together as blues for anything other than small gang fights. It is the worst cause of stagnation in wspace. Confirming we are permanently blue and never actually fight each other: http://fcftw.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=18104037 http://fcftw.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=19482927 http://fcftw.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=21761311 http://fcftw.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=20810535 http://fcftw.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=20589893 W-Space Realtor |

Tyrant Scorn wrote:You aren't creating grudges either... That is true. But whether creating grudges is good or bad is a matter of personal preference and subjective opinion. You cannot blame people for not being strongly emotionally attached to their assets and being able to engage in care-free pvp without carrying hard feelings towards their current opponents. And its kinda weird when groups that actually dont carry these grudges are called "butthurt" by those who are very emotional.
I was simply reacting to the incorrect statement that we dont fight each other. In fact we fight each other much more often than together. But it doesnt make "the news" or threadnaughts, so it creates skewed perception. It's hardly our fault that it doesnt generate massive publicity whenever NoHo wipes the floor with out fleet or when we gank VoC caps.
